What a great experience getting our PCR test done using Rexall and Epitome Labs. We booked our test fro 3.40pm on Sunday for a flight leaving Tuesday at 10.50pm. Test was on time, Pharmacist at Rexall Jackson square Chris Low was excellent, in and out in 30 minutes. My test came back in about 20 hours. We had a little mix up in the email which Epitome staff jumped right on and fixed in minutes. Aesha, Erica and Teri were excellent. This is how health care is supposed to run, Epitome and their staff are great examples of how a little good customer service goes such a long way these days.
